Job Description


Admin (80%)

  • In charge for reception desk, supporting on-boarding preparation for new hires.
  • Coordinate on internal logistics and office mailing with company's messenger and technician.
  • Expense Claim for Senior Leadership team in a monthly basic.
  • Ordering and controlling office stationery and other ad-hoc tasks.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Office Manager.

Recruitment (20%)

  • Take responsibilities to hire potential candidates by posting on job portals, call check & arrange interview for hiring managers for entry level positions
  • Support EB projects such as career fair, company tour.

Qualifications
  • Good command of English
  • Can start ASAP is a strong plus
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Proactive, responsible, pleasant, meticulous, and resourceful
  • Willing to learn
