Job Summary
Our client is a property developer and landlord with a National portfolio of malls, residential blocks and offices under management.They are looking for a Operations Manager for two of their smaller but busier Shopping Centres which they own. These sites are based about 50km north of Mbombela in the Lowveld of Mpumalanga.
The ideal candidate will be someone that can take control of all security, cleaning, maintenance and capital works which these centres demand.
To suit this role you will have at least 3 years' experience in retail facilities management, be highly computer literate and have exceptional communication skills.
