Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the teams of PMC, Warehouse, Shipping and Customs Affairs
Strategic planning, formulate and implement policies for Supply Chain management to achieve company profitable growth
Objective and KPI setting for achieving company mission
Market trend monitoring (cost, lead time, availability etc) and review purchasing strategy accordingly
Oversee the performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain
Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements, identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments
Participates as an advisor to providing information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and materials for product development
Work closely with key functional stakeholders such as Sales, Finance and Manufacturing to achieve targeted forecast and service performance levels
Staff coaching, development and retention

Requirements:
Master degree holder in related disciplines
At least 15 years of experience on EMS Industry, with minimum 10 years in managerial position
Analytical, incisive, decisive and able to attend to and dive into details if necessary and spring back up to think and lead strategically
Capability to think out of the box, not being shackled by the status quo, and be able to inspire others to do so the same.
Excellent people management, team building, coaching and leadership skills.
Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Stationed in Dongguan China
