Description:

As Commercial & Digital Marketing Assistant, your responsibilities consist of 2 major pillars:

1. ASSISTANCE OF THE COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT

You will assist our busy sales team of 10 people located in Brussels & Amsterdam,
  • Managing the Sales Director’s agenda & mailbox
  • Organizing Sales Team calendar, and contacts in a proactive manner. This includes scheduling appointments and conference calls, personalizing company presentations and booking meeting rooms and restaurants of catering
  • Performing administrative tasks : e.g. managing the global documentation of the Sales Team on Sharepoint, managing the administrative part of the tenders,Organizing and attending monthly Commercial Sync Meetings in which all commercial activities and ideas are discussed and developed. Organize follow-up actions.

2. ASSISTANCE IN DIGITAL MARKETING

In coordination with the Solutions Architect & Sales Director, you provide assistance to the team to boost the company image.
This consists in :
  • Composing and posting online content for the company’s social media page and website (LinkedIn, Instagram, Website).
  • Develop adhoc Visuals
  • Organizing promotional events (customer and-or partner)
  • Organizing fairs participation and liaising with our dedicated agent for travel and hotel reservations
  • Updating databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists.


You will be reporting to the Solutions Manager and assisting him with all related tasks. You may be required to perform administrative tasks.

Profil

Requirements :

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • First relevant work experience


REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Fluent in Dutch (written/oral) – fluent in English (written/oral) – Knowledge of French
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques
  • Familiar with MS Office & marketing software
  • Good understanding of office management
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint and online analytics
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, discrete, accurate, and creative
