Fabric Development Consultant
We have a requirement for a consultant for knitwear fabric product development.
Our client is a major vertically integrated business and are looking for strong knitwear fabric specialists who can put together collections based on various blends and customer needs. The idea is to push the contributions in the business through the right product in the fabric stage which can significantly boost their garmenting footprint .
This is a consultancy position and will require some travel into India and will be required to work on 4 collections in a year.
The ideal candidate will be someone who :
- Has strong development experience within knits and jerseys
- Has a solid track record in putting together collections and commercializing these into bulk production
- Has a strong creative eye but also technically strong on knits/circular knits
- Will be available to take up a consultancy assignment for at least a year and commit to some travel to India
