Job Description
- Receivable collections
- Preparing for invoice financing
- Banking in cheques and submitting documents to bank
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledgers
- Posting and preparing payments
- Generating sales invoice
- Manage all routine Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Generating ad hoc reports
- Assist Senior Accountant in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Assist with other accounting projects
Requirements
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- A fast learner and high initiative
