- Provide an exceptional customer service experience for our diverse customer base of internal and external stakeholders including our members, providers and institutions.
- Process claims within the agreed company SLA, Clear to Zero, and adjudicate each claim in accordance with Allianz Care policy benefits to achieve company loss ratio targets.
- Ensure accurate and efficient adjudication/investigation of each claim, ensuring timely follow-up of claims, to deliver a superior client experience and accurate reporting
- Determine eligibility of a policy, interpretation of policy wording.
Requirements
- Professional English communication skills (TOEIC 800+)
- Strong attention to detail, proven problem solving and analytical skills
- Commitment to personal development and ongoing learning
Working Conditions:
Working hours: 8 hours/day (Shift start between 3:30am to 6:00am)
Working days: Monday to Friday
