We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Toachieve pre-set sales targets of personal banking products
Toconduct needs-based selling activities through effective sales processes
Toproject a professional image while conducting sales activities
Topromptly and effectively respond to customer enquiries, feedbacks andcomplaints
Toprepare and submit sales progress reports on a regular basis
Bachelor degree or above (recognized by thestate)
Oneyear or above working experience is preferred
Experiencein sales-related function is preferred
Result-drivenand able to work under pressure
Firmbeliever of long-term, ethical client relationship
Stronginterpersonal skills and effective presentation skills
Customer-centricservice mindset
Goodspoken and written English is a plus.
